Ingredients
½ cup strawberries (75g)
½ cup blueberries (75g)
½ cup raspberries (50g)
½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (0–2% fat)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120ml)
1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
Ice cubes as needed
Preparation
Place all berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
Add chia seeds or flaxseeds if using.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
