About This Smoothie

The Prune Punch Smoothie is a nutrient-dense drink designed to support digestion and overall gut health. Ingredients
  • 3–4 pitted prunes (~50g)
  • ½ banana, sliced (optional)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Pit and chop prunes and banana.

  • Add prunes, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and seeds into a blender.

    Method
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
