A Typical Day

The dietary plan is crucial to the success of using this medication.
The pen is only a tool to make cutting back easier than doing it without this help. It wont do the work for you.
Working with the medication will bring better and more amazing long lasting results than just dieting alone
Our diet plans are about stimulating the metabolism and levelling blood sugars not about counting calories.
Gut health is also vital to the success of our programmes
It is essential to eliminate all raw simple sugars and artificial sweeteners and additives
Keep hydrated with plain or sparkling water. For health and environment, filtered water or from glass bottles, avoid plastic
Tea and coffee with full fat milk
Herbal teas that do not have any sweeteners or sugar added
Non alcoholic gin/vodka with sparkling water & lemon
Do not eat if not hungry
Stop eating when full
Do not finish your plate if full
Dont eat because its a certain time or usual habit or routine
BREAKFAST
6am - 11am
150ml Full Fat Plain Kefir
1-2 eggs poached/fried/scrambled
1-2 slices sourdough toast
25g organic pure butter
Small serving of
Cantaloupe
Blueberries and/ or Strawberries
DINNER
4pm - 6pm
Optional if had breakfast and lunch
Homemade soup
Small portion of meat or fish
Mixed Vegetables
No Complex carbs
LUNCH
12pm - 3pm
Jacket Potato
Season with salt & butter
Filling of choice
eg. Tuna Mayonnaise
Chilli con Carne
Prawn Rose Marie
Coronation Chicken
Ham & Cheese
Mixed salad
SNACKS
9am - 3pm
Small bag plain crisps
